Founder / CEO
Dr. Timothy R. Clark is the founder and CEO of LeaderFactor and a global authority on psychological safety, cultural transformation, and senior executive development. An organizational anthropologist, he has advised more than 300 executive teams worldwide and is the author of five books, including the bestselling The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety. Dr. Clark has published over 200 articles in outlets like Harvard Business Review, Forbes, and Fast Company. He holds a Ph.D. from Oxford University, was a Fulbright Scholar, and previously held CEO and senior leadership roles in consulting and manufacturing.

Alistair is a partner at LeaderFactor and is based in Oxfordshire, UK. He brings more than 25 years of experience in management and technology consulting, having led a wide range of projects in strategic human resources, sales and marketing, organizational restructuring, and management and leadership development. Alistair sits on the Advisory Board of Clevertouch and works with a diverse portfolio of clients, including O2, LanDesk, and Acronis, providing coaching, mentoring, and executive support services. He has also worked extensively with organizations such as Philips Healthcare, Intel, Molson Coors, Extreme Networks, Capita, and MAF Ventures. He is the co-author of The Employee Engagement Mindset (McGraw-Hill). Before entering the consulting field, Alistair spent 10 years with Novell in various sales and marketing roles. Alistair earned his BSc (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh and an MBA from the BYU Marriott School of Management.

Paul Terry is a Partner at LeaderFactor with nearly 25 years of global experience in leadership development, team performance, and organizational change. He helps leaders and organizations align strategy with people practices, and has coached teams across healthcare, tech, manufacturing, and other industries. Previously, Paul held senior roles at Global Novations (now Korn Ferry), Emerson, and ExxonMobil. He holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from BYU, is an SPHR and PCC, and is certified in Hogan assessments and Myers-Briggs.
