Emily Chipman is a partner with LeaderFactor and is based in Salt Lake City, UT.

Emily has several years’ experience working both internally and externally in organization development as a change practitioner, trainer, facilitator, and coach. Her experience includes higher education, tech, startups, manufacturing, healthcare, and large corporations. Projects include change management, government performance assessment, creation of leader development programs (development and facilitation), and executive coaching.

Emily’s expertise in coaching is leadership behavioral change, working with both individuals and teams. She has coached clients in various roles such as politician, vice-president, director, entrepreneur, and high-potential women.  She is ICF accredited, and one of a limited number of coaches certified to use Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching with both individuals and teams.  Clients describe her as exceptional, engaging, easy to work with, uplifting/positive, and focused on moving clients to action.

Emily has worked with leaders and teams in organizations such as Asahi Kasai, Westminster College, and Adobe, among others. Prior to consulting, Emily worked for the State of Arizona as a Senior Performance Auditor and the University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics as part of their Organization Development team.

Emily ​holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and specialized certification in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University.
