Job Summary:

LeaderFactor is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with prospects, building relationships, and scheduling meetings for our sales executives. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a key role in driving revenue growth and helping organizations achieve their potential through LeaderFactor’s world-class leadership and cultural transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new potential sales opportunities.

• Collaborate with sales executives to develop a targeted list of prospects within specific verticals or territories.

• Identify decision-makers within targeted organizations and engage them through a variety of channels, including email, phone, and social media.

• Qualify leads and set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and sales executives.

• Maintain and update accurate records of all lead generation activities in HubSpot.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

• Stay up to date with LeaderFactor’s offerings, understanding key benefits and communicating them effectively to potential clients.

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM.

• Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology.

• A team player with a collaborative approach and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the training, development, or leadership industry.

• Proven ability to exceed lead generation targets.
