Job Summary

As a Client Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients. You will act as a strategic partner by advocating for clients’ needs, driving usage, and ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes. You will foster strong relationships, provide proactive advisory services, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a premium client experience.

This role has two fundamental objectives: retention and expansion. You will retain clients by successfully delivering measurable results and expand partnerships by demonstrating value and collaborating effectively with the Client Partner. The Client Advisor will be responsible for the strategic and growth segments and will participate in managing executive-level relationships to ensure long-term success.Your performance in this role will be formally reviewed 60 days after your start date to ensure alignment with expectations and provide constructive feedback for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a healthy client portfolio by understanding clients’ objectives, driving usage, and increasing client engagement.
  • Deliver measurable results by preparing for and leading standard client meetings, including partnership kickoffs, objective alignment, roadmap alignment, QBRs, and value demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the Client Partner to execute renewals and growth phases. Work closely with onboarding specialists to ensure clients are onboarded efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver executive summaries at the end of partnerships.
  • Execute meetings to demonstrate value and guide clients through renewal and growth.
  • Engage with LeaderFactor’s Executive Sponsor (VP of Global Client Success) to ensure alignment, strategic oversight, and advocacy.
  • Highlight peak moments or milestones for the client’s executive sponsor.
  • Contribute to building a world-class team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in roles such as project management, customer success, sales, or similar fields.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, in-house developed platforms, and practical AI use.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
